Our Analytics feature has previously experienced some outages. Throughout May-July there were no clicks recorded, and through August the clicks were under-recorded due to incorrect settings. This has now been fixed and is again collecting the correct numbers of clicks (woohoo!). A list and count of all the app-clicks is available in the database under “Trial –> Export Analytics Report”. You are required to enter the dates for which you would like to know these statistics, however that data will be incorrect for any dates between May-August.
As a reminder, clicks are counted for all trials that are searched in the app – this is not specific to your app, and it does not include people who are searching within our web-based search portal.
