Recently there was a glitch with the system unlinking trial locations. Thanks to diligent feedback we were able to locate the issue and it has now been resolved by our development team. Unfortunately, some trial locations were automatically unlinked from trials due to the glitch, so we request that you please check your lists carefully just in case this affects your trials. We would be glad to assist with re-linking locations, just provide us with the required hospital lists if you have been affected.
